PhD student found striking results for Big Data
One of our PhD students Murat Açar, has reached at striking results about the relation between Marketing and Big Data. His thesis, titled "A Perceived Service Quality Model in the Sharing Economy: The Case of Airbnb", was constructed under supervision of Professor and Dean of the faculty Ayşegül Toker.
The thesis stands as the very first study on personality analysis through text within the scope of Airbnnb which is one of the pioneer applications of sharing economies currently.
